The ticket price must be checked at the time of booking
The Rete Uomo di Altamura portal currently indicates a single full ticket of €5 and a reduced one of €2.50, but the rates must be reconfirmed.

Mondays and seasonal hours must be checked directly with the Visitor Centre
The standard visit takes place in the exhibition spaces and the authorised outdoor areas
Any access to caves or speleological areas is not to be considered included
The route is adapted to the conditions of the terrain
The walk to the Pulo may take place along natural trails with uneven ground
Trekking shoes are recommended
Comfortable clothing and long trousers are recommended
Each participant must bring water
In summer, a hat and sun protection are recommended
In winter, warm and waterproof clothing is recommended
The outdoor activity may be cancelled in the event of rain, wind or poor visibility
Minors must be accompanied by an adult
Mobility requirements must be communicated in advance
The descent into the sinkhole is not automatically included
The Pulo is normally observed from the trails and authorised points
Transport from the Hotel San Nicola is not included, unless added to the quote
